Student Projects at Section for Computational and RNA Biology (SCARB)

Section for Computational and RNA Biology offers a 3-year Bioinformatics Bachelor of Science (BSc) program and a 2-year Bioinformatics Master of Science (MSc) program.

SCARB group leaders and affiliated teachers cover a broad range of research topics, including RNA biology, gene regulation, protein structure and stability, genomics, transcriptomics, bioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning, comparative genomics, and population, medical and statistical genetics.

We supervise BSc theses, MSc theses, and MSc program Bioinformatics project courses. The advantage of our projects is that the primary focus is on bioinformatics.
